All Caintech Installation Pty Ltd installs are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of installation. This warranty covers the installation workmanship only and does not cover the warranty of faulty product.

In the event of a fault, a technician will inspect the fault on site. If the fault is deemed to be that of the installation of the product, the fault will be repaired and the system restored at no charge. If the fault is deemed to be that of product failure or user damage, a service call fee will be charged.

The installation warranty is void if the product is tampered with or damaged by the user. The installation warranty does not cover faults caused by dirty product or malicious damage.
