ALL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE INSTALLATION SITE ADVISED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION DATE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL ATTRACT A $50 SERVICE CALL FEE AND A NEW INSTALLATION DATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
