Your mobile phone hands free kit is a complex piece of technology designed to enhance your mobile phone usability and safety in your vehicle and should be treated with care.

The following suggestions will help you to fufil any warranty obligations and assist in extending the life of your hands free kit.

Ensure children are not allowed to play with the kit.

Keep all types of liquid away from the kit.

Ensure that the kit is kept clean and free from dust, dirt and debris.

Do not attempt to open any part of the kit as non-expert handling may cause damage.

Do not use harsh chemicals or trim enhancing products to clean the kit (refer to the cleaning tips section right).

Gently remove any dust, dirt or debris from the cradle when cleaning your vehicle.

If loss of mobile phone interaction with the hands free kit occurs, use a soft cloth dampened with methylated spirits to gently clean the contact points at the bottom of the mobile phone and the contact pins of the cradle.

When cleaning the cradle use extra care not to damage any of the contact pins, user negligence is not covered under warranty. See our Warranty Statement.
